1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LedControl Mini (“the App”) handles information. The App is operated by Công ty Cổ phần Công Nghệ Led D&Q Việt Nam (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Designed to meet common requirements for Google Play and Apple App Store privacy disclosures.

2) Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data from users for analytics, advertising, tracking, or profiling.

No advertising ID collection.
No analytics or third-party tracking SDKs.
No sale of personal information.

3) Authentication (Admin-Provided Account)

Access to the App requires an account (username and password) provided by an administrator. The App uses these credentials only to authenticate and allow you to use the App’s functions.

Note: Authentication data may be processed by our private server for login validation. We do not use it for advertising or tracking.

4) Data We Do Not Use

No analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Appsflyer) and no crash reporting (e.g., Sentry).
No ads (e.g., AdMob, Meta Audience Network).
No in-app purchases or subscriptions.

The App does not request access to:

Contacts
Photos / Media / Files
Notifications

6) Servers and Data Transmission

The App connects to a private server operated by us to perform its functional services (for example, authentication and device/control operations).

We do not use connections to collect user behavior data for analytics or advertising.

7) Data Retention

Since the App does not collect personal data for analytics/ads, we do not maintain a separate personal-data retention program for such data.

Operational server logs (if any) may exist for security and troubleshooting purposes and are handled internally.

8) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Effective date”.
